Stuart has a Mater’s Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology and an honours degree in Human Movement Science, specialising in Biokenetics/Orthopaedic Rehabilitation. He has been an Exercise Physiologist working in the industry for the last 10 years in both Australia and South Africa. Because of this, his level of experience and knowledge speaks for itself.

He is friendly and approachable and enjoys having a good laugh to keep consultations enjoyable. He can write exercise programs for numerous chronic health conditions (e.g. Diabetes, Cardiovascular Disease, Arthritis, Asthma, etc.) and physical mobility restrictions. Stuart excels in musculoskeletal rehabilitation to get you back into life or back on the sporting field before you know it.
